Getting started

Core workflows

Create an event

Sign in, open Create, choose the date range, time window, interval, time zone, and minimum players, then create the schedule request.

Share response links

Use the dashboard to copy links, send requests to followed players, or send a schedule request to a full team roster.

Read results

Open the results link or dashboard card to see best times, viable slots, response counts, and available players per slot.

Manage submissions

Creators can remove accidental submissions from the results page while signed in to the account that created the event.

Post to Discord

Post requests, reminders, and results from ScrimSync when a team has a Discord channel connected. Commands are still available for quick manual posts.

Manage teams

Create teams, add players, assign captains, mark required players, and use team rosters when sending schedule requests.

Troubleshooting

Common issues

I cannot sign in with Google

Try a fresh browser tab first. If it still fails, clear site data for scrimsync.gg and sign in again.

My event disappeared

Check Archived Events from the dashboard. Archived events are hidden from the main dashboard until restored.

Players cannot submit availability

Confirm the response link starts with /e/ and that the event still exists in your dashboard or archive.

Profile image upload failed

Use JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF under 2 MB. If uploads still fail, try a smaller file or a different image format.
