Getting started
Do players need an account to respond?
No. Players can respond to shared event links without signing in. Captains and creators should sign in so they can manage dashboards, teams, reminders, and results.
Where should a newcomer start?
Open Help, read the Support Center, join Discord, pick useful roles, then ask in support-desk if the public docs do not answer the question.

Scheduling and Discord
How do I create a schedule request?
Sign in, open Create, set the event name, date range, time window, time zone, interval, and minimum players, then share the response link.
What does the Discord bot do?
The bot posts clean ScrimSync event, reminder, scheduled-time, and results messages. It can also show Galaxy rank cards and support community server role buttons.
Why is the bot not posting?
Confirm the bot can view and send messages in the target channel, the saved channel ID is correct, and the ScrimSync link is a valid /e/ or /results/ link.

Galaxy and inventory
What is Galaxy?
Galaxy is the ScrimSync Rocket League companion app for rank cards, session tools, inventory, crates, theme cosmetics, and ScrimSync-connected account features.
How do inventory tokens work?
Eligible online match activity can earn inventory tokens. Free users can earn up to 10 daily tokens, Tier 1 up to 20, and Tier 2 up to 30.
Can default items drop from crates?
Crates are intended for defined theme-pack rewards, not base/default account cosmetics.

What are the planned prices?
Free is $0. Tier 1 Supporter is $2.99 monthly. Tier 2 Supporter is $4.99 monthly. Annual memberships are pre-enrolled for a 20% discount and will activate once Patreon marks the page eligible.
Will Patreon be used?
Patreon is the subscription home. Annual memberships are pre-enrolled for a 20% discount and will activate once Patreon marks the page eligible. Automatic Discord role sync and paid feature enforcement are not live yet; until then, supporter roles can be assigned manually after verification.
Do supporter tiers only cover one product?
Supporter tiers are ScrimSync-wide subscriptions. They are intended to support ScrimSync access, Galaxy Plugin access, and future plugins or developments under the ScrimSync umbrella as a whole instead of splitting every useful feature into another separate charge.
Are organization and league plans included?
Not yet. Individual Free, Tier 1, and Tier 2 tiers are the first public subscription structure. Organization and league packages should be designed separately later.
